I agree the life drive has been a bad investment. Its has be riddled with problems from software conflicts to the device it self just failing. And customer support once you get past the language barrier doesn't have a clue...They schedule for a level 2 tech who take days to call you back. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing how they break from the majority of the PDA's out there with a small addition called a 4GB microdrive. I keep loading programs and data and still have space for pic, music and small videos. I show my home videos and music videos to my friends. Bluetooth and Wifi work like a charm and with it switched to landscape mode, surfing the web is somewhat pleasant. Had no trouble finding my LAN and was transfering mp3s and pics by Wifiair without a hiccup. The processor is not too fast but does the job for the mhz. I was almost going to buy a Clie with a 1 GB mem card; Bluetooth and Wifi added, whew! Sure glad I got this. You better look elsewhere if you want a light and thin unit, this is a heavier PDA hard to hide away. The Garnet OS seems pretty compatible with the software out there yet, not with all of it so be careful. I had to do a hard reset already. Load the iffy programs first before your personal info such as contacts. I give the boxed package a 8.5 on a ten scale.
